Positiv war die Größe der Wohnung, der Balkon (wenn er sauber gewesen wäre), die zentrale Lage (allerdings an der Hauptstraße gelegen), das Bett, das Sofa und die Ausstattung der Küche. Nicht gefallen hat mir der ungute Geruch in der Wohnung, bei der Ankunft waren auch mehrere Fliegen drinnen. Ich musste erst mal einen Insektenspray kaufen. Bad und WC sind älter, Sprünge in den Fliesen, am WC-Boden waren mehrere Haare und Schmutz. Die Silikonfugen schon total unansehnlich. Die Wandfliesen im Badezimmer waren teilweise nicht sauber. Kalt- und Warmwasser waren verkehrt herum angeschlossen, da besteht Verbrühungsgefahr. Im Bett war auch ein langes Haar und an der Schlafzimmer-Wand ein Silberfischchen und eines im Bad. In der Küche gab es kein Warmwasser, da Boiler kaputt. Fernsehsender stehen keine zur Verfügung. Der Balkon war sehr schmutzig, der Sonnenschirm kaputt. Es gibt nur cremefarbene Vorhänge, also keine gute Verdunkelung im Schlafzimmer oder als Sonnenschutz möglich. Im Gang war eine Fliese kaputt, die knirschte bei jedem Drauftretten. Alles in allem nichts zum Wohlfühlen. Ich empfehle die Wohnung nicht weiter.
