Unfortunately I could not access the room! I’m in a wheelchair! There is no elevator and 2 set of very steep stairs. The reception is very nice but said she couldn’t refund me because management refused! I’ve now written to the hotel who agreed to refund me one night and says that is states stair and no elevator! When we book trough hotel.com we don’t go looking for the original hotel We rely on information provided by hotel.com. Picture are misleading!

Our stay was great! The loft was clean and spacious..the only downside was the lack of blankets for the sofa bed (there was none!) and there was only sheets/comforter on the bed. Other than that I would definitely recommend this place and would return!
