The room and the property were beautiful and had an entrace right on Palafox which was amazing. The room was clean and spaceous and very modern. There was public parking that was pay by the day also right outside the door. A very generous discount was offered. My only complaint was that when i received my check in instructions, the incorrect room number was sent with the door codes and the instructions stated I would need a room key through out the rest of my visit but their was none. I had to spend the first hour of my visit on the phone with guest services only to find out that the code would not expire and no key card was needed. However, because no key card was provided, certain areas that still require a key card were off limits. The informational packet that is the room still has a slot for the key cards and instructs guests that they will need it. It needs to be updated with the current process and information.
