Great stay in this apartment. Perfect size for 2 people, ample storage and great balcony. Boot room was heated and dried everything including gloves. Location to ski school, restaurants and shop ideal. Prefect also for getting off Ben's Bus (take the lift). Pool area nice and warm. Didn't use the fitness or sauna but they looked fine. Will def be back!

Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things.
A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great.
I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference.
Staff lovely.
We stayed last week of ski season and were incredibly lucky with the snow. But majority of cafes and restaurants had shut. Supermarket also very low on stock. So be prepared for a visit to Bourg as 1800 and 1600 even less open.

excellent apartments - fantastic position in Arc2000 for very easy ski in/ski out access to the slopes(about the best in Arc 2000), and a great view over the savoy restaurant to the pistes. Reception staff were superb. Plenty of space in the one bedroom apartment for two people; excellent bread delivery in the morning, really good pool/sauna/hammam, and spacious ski locker with warm air boot dryers. Highly recommend Arc2000, especially late season. Very easy to get around the whole of Les Arcs and avoid slush lower down at 1800/1600 later in the day.
A terrible, dirty, oudated hotel. Furnitures are old, dirt is all over the hotel and the room. Not sure who gave this hotel 4 stars but it was probably done a long time ago. This was the worse hotel I ever stayed at, there are much better hotels in Les Arcs, worth paying a bit more and enjoy the stay
Hotel i on a fantastic location and service is excellent.
On the downside
- hotel is a bit worn. Old furniture, doors squeaky, beds a bit hard.
- we had an apartment for 4-6 people but the ski locker only had place for 4 ski boots.
All in all though we had a fantastic vacation and would come back.
We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the daily fresh bread delivery, the spa and the staff.
We met many other travellers who keep returning here yearly.
I believe we might just join the club.

Not worth the money
At e354 a night (nearly e2500) for a week, we were shocked that they didn't send a housekeeper in one to the small apartment. Reading the small print now, i see that 'housekeeping is available for a supplement'. I am a gold member of hotels.com and stay 50+ nights a year in hotels and have never had to pay for housekeeping. To add insult to the situation, they ask you to clean the hotel suite at the end of the stay, otherwise you have to pay e60+. Even if you opt for the cleaning service, you still have to strip the beds. Insane. Internet didn't work either. Furniture was scruffy (dining table and chairs in worn condition). The hotel would be fine at half the price. There was a horrible stain on the bunk room floor. Staff at front desk friendly, but its just not worth the money. Disappointing.
Comfortable, well equipped and attractive apartment. Unbeatable views of Mont Blanc. Plenty of activities, even outside the ski season, including mountain biking, walking, mini golf, trampolines, tennis etc. Friendly and welcoming staff and a pleasant indoor pool. Highly recommended.
