Fantastic apartment in a great neighborhood. The location is on a little side street away from traffic and noise. The apartment is in excellent condition and is nicely decorated. Check-in was seamless and handled through messaging in advance. Would definitely stay here again.

Our experience was perfect! They welcomed us, helped us with all of our questions. The building is centrally located, walking distance to Notre Dame, and near delicious restaurants. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours late at night. We were traveling with three young children, who were exhausted and frightened. Despite repeatedly contacting support and the property management, no one responded for a very long time. After several hours, we finally received a message asking us to search the building for a manual key ourselves. This level of support during an emergency is simply unacceptable. No family should be left stranded outside their accommodation in the middle of the night without assistance. The property needs a reliable after-hours support system and a more dependable access solution. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to families traveling with children.

Nydelig leilighet i vakkert område. Noe problemer med kommunikasjonen i forkant av check in, men det løste seg. Kan anbefale leiligheten som hadde alt til å kunne lage seg mat, kjøleskap, kaffemaskin, oppvaskmaskin, vaskemaskin og god seng og sovesofa.
