The unit was great. Well equipped and in an excellent location. We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 children and it was very comfortable. The building, entrance and lobby are very luxurious and communication with the landlords was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property! Well situated in the old quarter, near the main mercado and close to many restaurants and bars. Very well decorated with all new furniture and appliances. The staff is very responsive. The only downside was that our room had an intermittent knocking in the ceiling day and night that went on for days.

Staff was mostly great and responsive to make things right in every way. There was “one thing” that has yet to be completed but I’m hope it will be? Location was in the heart of old town and easily walkable to most historic sites bars and restaurants. Sound proofing was great for this inner city property. If you require laundry facilities this is your place. I will modify this review once the “one thing” is completed to my liking.

Emplacement idéal, très proche de la vieille ville avec un parking à proximité ce qui permet de visiter la ville à pied sans contraintes. Nous avons loué un petit appartement de 2 chambres qui avait tout le confort nécessaire, décoré avec soin dans une résidence très haut standing rénovée. Une vraie belle surprise que je conseille à toute personne venant à Oviedo.

Cinco estrellas elevado al cuadrado!! No puedo sacarle tacha a nada, y eso viniendo de mi ya es decir. Un apartamento precioso, con una ubicación excelente. Todo limpísimo y cuidado hasta el último detalle. El servicio al cliente y de limpieza inmejorable. Y aunque la ventana de a la calle no se oye ni una mosca pasar en la noche. Superb!!
