We only used the unit but it was very modern, clean, well maintained, and convenient. I would 10/10 recommend these units to anyone and would surely book with Landing again. Communication through the app was fast an le consistent if I had questions. I will add, the app is a must. It has clear check in/out instructions and there are specialists that will communicate with you very quickly if property staff are no longer on the premises.
