Very close to King’s Cross, good for sleeping & going about your day. Shower facilities ect very powerful and hot. Great price and location.

Let’s me start with the positives Location was excellent near two main stations The interior was spotlessly clean and the bedding was fresh. . The bathroom was up to a high standard although the side of the basin had lost part of its veneer Toiletries were well supplied and the shower excellent with almost instant hot water .Tea and coffee and cutlery etc had been left available On the negatives the approach in the basement walkway was untidy with some rubbish The key safe was hard to read the numbers . In the lounge it was done as a very basis letting property when with a little more money spent could have been so much better It looked and felt cheap in total contrast to the bathroom which had a feel of quality about it .Perhaps one wall painted with a contrasting colour with a good paint could have helped The bed frame and table felt and looked cheap . The window was cracked and outside noise could be heard when double glazing would have solved the problem The Venetian blinds did not appear to work and one of the other blinds was stuck to the wall ! With more thought this could have been so much better and has great potential but was not worth what I paid
