First door code didn't work, but that was straightened out quickly and in a very friendly way by Zack over a WhatsApp call. The suite was nicely appointed, air conditioned, and in good shape. Very nicely located in an area that seems authentic but it's close to many of the sights we wanted to see - about 150m to the Porte de Champerret Metro and Bus stations

Great apartment located right near the metro (E) and had plenty of place to eat that were in walking distance. The apartment is on the small side which we were fully aware but that expected in Paris, we managed fine as mostbof the time your out exploring. The pull out sofa bed does take up most of the lounge area so if you have to use the toilet middle of the night u have to climb over the bed. Overall, our experience was great and i would stay there again. My only recommendation to the property is to have small pans if u want to cook theres no point of oven trays whens there no oven. Just little touches missing that would make it even better. But dont let this put you off as your out most of day and its Paris, so plenty of eateries around. 😊

I’ve been to Paris a few times, but this time I wanted to try a more residential experience. This property delivered as a home base for my teenager and I in a lovely out of the way (in a good way) neighborhood. The updated apartment was as described and in perfect proximity to a grocery store, bakeries, bistros and even shopping. A metro stop providing easy access to the rest of the city is just half a block away. There are also two lovely parks nearby with benches for sitting within naturally shaded gardens. We were there on some of the hottest days in Paris’ recorded history, and the air conditioning in our apartment was a godsend! Sometimes things don’t go as planned, but what matters is how issues are handled. This property delivered with responsiveness and professionalism. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have no doubt you will too! A hidden gem.

Transmis au propriétaire, j’attends toujours la reponse: Quote Je suis bien contient de la nécessité de prendre soin de votre bien et de son environnement, toutefois : - a notre arrivée, la serrure électrique de l'appartement ne marchait pas, ce qui a été réglé efficacement par la personne en charge, -arrivés a 14h30, impossible de faire le check in avant 15h00, malgré la chaleur, - départs: pression exercée en message automatiques pour libérer au plus vite, et ce alors que je n’ai jamais recu de réponse a mon message, -la paroie de douche, une porte coulissante est cassée, remplacée par un rideau vaguement accroché a une tringle mise là en urgence, -pas d’eponge ni de produit pour la vaisselle, -la machine a cafe Nespresso ne fonctionne pas... -la salle de bains refoule des odeurs indisposantes, -les bras du canapé sont cassés et pendent (structure interne brisée). Bref, bel endroit bien placé, mais beaucoup de déconvenues. Unquote

Great place to stay! Clean, quiet, and close to the train and busses. We would definitely stay here again. We had a little hiccup when checking in but other than that it was great. Just a note: this is a third floor walk up. Then, once you enter your room door, there is another flight of stairs. So I would not recommend if you can’t do 4 flights of stairs to get to your apartment. It’s basically the attic. Again, super cute, clean and recently completely renovated. We enjoyed our stay. Also, there is not a washing machine in this apartment. The listing makes it seem that there is but there is not.

Fint sted. Godt område. Tæt på bus og metro. Kun dobbeltdyne og ikke muligt at få en ekstra. Der var ikke gardiner i det store rum, så meget lyst ved sovesofa. Ikke mulighed for opbevaring af kuffert efter udtjekning. Fin telefonisk kundeservice.
