When I first booked my stay, they lost the reservation. Once we got everything worked out, a week before our scheduled check in - I got an email saying the hotel was closing and I should book somewhere else.
It was under construction. Fine. But if they are going to take people’s money, they need to keep it up to some degree. There were cigarette butts in the stair wells, elevator out of service and it rained and when I brought the leaky, dripping roof to their attention, the response was “well, we’re putting on a new roof in 5 months with the construction, so no sense in fixing it now”. No sense in staying there if you ask me.
The room smelt like smoke
The breakfast was not open on time. 20 minutes after it was supposed to be.
The room was 2 rooms put together.
We ended up with 3 medium size beds in the room and it was supposed to be a 1 king size.
the hotel did not appear anything like the photos on the website. Very run down.
Property will be bulldozed soon, on last legs. Room was clean, pool was cool but swimmable. Breakfast was nice. With tax and resort fee, $100 a night. Worth $75 maybe.
The property was clean, the staff was friendly, they had a variety for breakfast, even though it was built in the 50s and due to be torn down they treated us as if we were the first guest in a new building.

The heating/cooling in the room was not good. It was a large room so one side was really hot while the other side was cold. The water pressure for the shower was horrible and the water was barely warm. The price was way to high for the stay. Will not be staying here again.

They only accept major credit cards and we weren’t informed until we were at the front desk. We were then left there with an entire birthday party of kids and no room. I was completely disappointed.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Carpet was stained and ripped, walls were dirty, cigarette burns on couch, spider, holes in walls, everything looked patched together, pool area and lobby were freezing, light from the hallway could not be blocked at night, desk staff not pleasant, furniture old and broken down, tub stained, way overpriced for what it was. Breakfast was good. Bed was clean.
My wife liked the property. It was next to steak and shake. But the man that checked her in was a complete ass to her.
They will not be staying again because him.
I don’t have enough words to tell you how terrible this property was now I fi restaurant. On site under construction and we weren’t informed of any of this
The place indicated online it was being remolded however it was on its last leg and in the process of being tore down, I feel that it was very mis leading. It was so dated it should be closed till they can get the new facility built. half ass repairs , looked like they were trying to hold it together till they can tear it down. safety speaking stairs were closed through out which I’m sure was a fire safety violation, parking was terrible do to the fact they let they restaurant customers park where ever they wanted. Just needs to be closed sooner then later

Facilities was nice but old. A new facility is under construction next door.
The pool and arcade were so much fun! The staff were super friendly and helpful! They are in the process of remodeling/expanding but it was very quiet and relaxing!

Little disappointing!
The room was nice but, something was crawling on my head in the middle of the night. The WiFi was terrible. Couldn't keep a connection.
The staff was very friendly, you can tell that this location makes a strong effort to show that they are not a two star location. Days Inn has a stigma about being below standard but this location was wonderful. Lovely pool, arcade, and activities. The breakfast was beyond what I thought because I thought it was going to be basic continental breakfast, but it was a nicely stocked hot breakfast. I would recommend this location, as well as for future visits myself.
