Great apartment in middle of St Foy

Really excellent apartments for family self-catering in St Foy located next to lift (<2mins from door to skis on). Well equiped kitchen. Proper ski lockers so kit dries. Lovely pool. Yes the decor is a bit dated and the bath could be bigger but for the money it's very good. Recommended.

Great location! Otherwise mediocre.

Overall OK stay. Location of the residence is excellent but otherwise services and amenities fall well short of what is advertised and expected for 4* property. WiFi is almost non-existent, jacuzzis out of order for most of our 8 day stay. Sauna and Steam Room only accessible limited hours and not cleaned or maintained well. Beds very uncomfortable,mattresses old with springs able to be felt. There is no spa, just a sole treatment room albeit the spa treatments were of a good standard.

Great location, average experience

The resort is located in a great location with plenty of parking along the main road directly outside the apartments. Key collection from reception was easy and all the staff were friendly and approachable. Access to the ski resort is fairly easy, after a short walk up the hill to the slope / lift. The apartment we stayed (2 bed apartment - but can sleep an additional one or two if needed by using the sofa bed) has a master (double bed) and en-suite; and another room with two singles, and separate toilet and bathroom. Kitchen and living area and large balcony all suitable for a weeks stay. The apartment however wasn’t the cleanest, it was dusty, cobwebs on the ceilings of all rooms, I’m not sure the floor was cleaned before we arrived - let’s just say all our socks became very dirty very quickly walking around. You only get one towel per person for the week, no additional towels provided for the pool facilities. Only one toilet roll provided, purchase more for a fee. You have to do your own entire inventory of all cutlery, crockery etc and hand this back to reception within 24 hours - or face a penalty fee for items missing on departing. The rooms are not serviced in anyway during your stay and you have to remove all bedding, have the entire kitchen area cleaned before you depart or face a penalty fee. The pool and spa facilities are lacking - cold water, only one of each sauna and steam room open at any one time. On the whole - an okay stay, but not 4-stars.

Dreadful WiFi. Great location. Great facilities, although it's odd the pool 'closes' when there's never any staff there anyway. Some stuff was missing from the kitchen. Overall it's a good place to stay.

Family Skiing Holday

We had stayed in a CGH apartment before so expected a high standard. We were no disappointed the apartment was large and well equiped. There was also a swimming pool and gym for added bonus. The holiday was for Skiing and the chair lift is a short walk from the complex. Sainte Foy is a great ski area not the biggest but plenty of variety in sloped. So overall would recommend both the area and the hotel. Only slight negative points were the cleanliness of the apartment and pool was cool.

Good apartment right on the piste

Spacious and conveniently located apartment. Staff were very friendly and helped us with early check in and with booking a taxi back to the train station on departure. There is a pool with steam rooms and sauna which offer a welcome respite from the slopes. Ski in / ski out and all round good value for money.

Fijn hotel in familie ski gebied

Fijn hotel verstopt in de Franse alpen, lekker ski gebied voor gezinnen. Mooie bouw een echt vakantie gevoel in het appartement. Alleen de ski lockers zijn erg achterhaald en slecht, alles blijft vochtig en onhandig aantal deuren openen en trappen op voor je bij de sneeuw komt ..een heel gedoe

Good location and facilities.

We stayed here with our two little dogs for a weeks skiing holiday. It was a good sized apartment with various types of controllable heating in each room. It had a well equiped kitchenette with a fast heating, four ring hob and a combination microwave/oven and a good sized fridge. The only thing that we could really complain about was the fact that because it had a tiled floor throughout the apartment we had a lot of noise from the above apartment when they moved the furniture etc.

Great location, decent accomodation

Perfect for what we needed. Great access to the slopes. A few too many stairs and the lifts were a bit slow, but generally the lifts are only needed at the start and end fo the holidays to move bags around. Appartment was pretty much as described. Well equipped. Beds, bedrooms etc all perfectly fine. Suited us perfectly for a week on the slopes.
