Great location. Good size for us (a couple). Close to stations and walking distance to many popular areas, yet quiet enough that you feel you are far enough away. One caveat, there is some BBQ smoke that is sometimes quite thick coming from one of the restaurants close by. Some days are worse than others. Thankfully, there is a way to dry clothes inside the shower, as I would not put clean wet clothes outside. Sometimes the smell was also a bit strong inside from the smoke.
