This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Miami downtown Rico area the location is great. The listing is exactly as it looks even better actually and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It is prime location and overall just a top-notch place to stay for your Miami vacation. I would highly recommend anyone planning a trip to Miami to stay here. Thank you so much to the staff for making my stay as pleasant as possible.

If you're looking for a high-class, top-shelf, affordable place to stay in Brickell, this is the spot. It's close to everything, it's super clean, the staff is friendly, they're very quick to respond, and the top-notch service and cleanliness overall five stars isn't enough. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Miami to stay here; you will not regret it. I will continue to stay here from now on when I come down to Miami. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

The property was great! It looked as listed on the website the price was great the parking was a lil expensive $45 per day but wasn’t really 24 hours before you had to pay for another day, also I was only there for 2nights & had to go to the front desk twice to ask for toilet paper & towels that’s all I needed… Other than the parking & asking for toilet paper & towels the place was great nice view nice room & nice location….

Great price to value. There is noise but it’s from the street nothing you wouldn’t find somewhere else. I got a free upgrade. The room is very pretty and there is cleaning service daily.

I really enjoyed my stay I came in town for a Pilates wellness tour I was close to every location I had on my itinerary , my room was cozy clean and comfortable . The rooftop pool is a vibe I recommend checking that out . The front desk was very helpful and friendly over I would give this place 9/10 not 10 stars because the construction across the street takes away from The aesthetic oh yes one more thing the coffee shop soca has really delicious smoothies and fresh fruit make sure to check that out on your stay!

I normally don't leave reviews, but as a solo female traveler I felt exceptionally safe here and in the surrounding areas. So much so, that I even walked down a few blocks to go grab some dinner and never once did I feel uneasy. I also like that CVS is just across the street to go grab some waters and snacks, or anything you may have forgotten. I'm currently sitting in the coffee shop downstairs which is also nice and convenient. Brickell in general is loud, but these rooms are very quiet and I slept like a baby. This is my 3rd time down here in the past 10 months and I'll definitely come back to this property going forward.

I was very much looking forward to my stay at this property. I reached out to the host both by phone and text to try and see if I could do an early arrival but never received any type of response. While a nice condo, the lack of cleanliness and maintenance made it less inviting. The balcony door was ajar when I arrived only to learn the lock was broken on the patio door. I contacted the front desk who informed me they would have maintenance take care of it but maintenance never came. There were several other maintenance and cleaning issues found that made it feel like the cleaning was rushed. The "city view" was a bit questionable. There was also a resort fee added. Being that I only stayed one night and couldn't check in until 4 pm and had to be out by 11 am, it felt like an unnecessary charge as was unable to take advantage of any of the amenities. I also paid for insurance only to learn that there were already items broken that didn't get fixed prior to my arrival. The property has lots of potential just needed a bit more attention to detail on the management.

Clean, luxurious and quiet. Just wish I knew about the $45/night overnight parking before I arrived. I had even called well in advance to ask about any hidden fees or things we would have to pay at the desk and I was told just the $300 Deposit.
