The hotel is located in a very nice plaza, which is convenient for food, shopping & entertainment options. Friendly & helpful hotel staff. The room was clean & has the essentials. The room is also spacious & has a kitchenette. The only issue I had is the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Hotel Fontabella is an amazing property. Centrally located and so many food options are available within the hotel property. There was construction right next to the room and the workers could see right into my room. There was no privacy at all. I have stayed here many times and this was the worse experience I’ve had. I am considering going elsewhere for my next visit to Guatemala. This is ridiculous and upsetting! This was my top choice in Guatemala but not anymore.
