My stay at this property was disappointing and did not meet the standards I expected from a short-term rental. The check-in process was not handled efficiently and took much longer than it should have. The front desk service was not welcoming or helpful, and the communication during the process felt dismissive and unprofessional instead of focused on resolving the situation. The apartment itself also had several issues. The windows did not have proper curtains or adequate coverings, so the sunlight entered the unit very strongly early in the morning, making it difficult to rest after sunrise. In addition, several basic guest amenities were missing. There was no soap or shampoo provided, and there were no sheets or bedding available for the sofa bed listed as part of the accommodation. The kitchen had a nice coffee maker, but there was no coffee or tea available for guests. Overall, the property has potential, but the service, check-in experience, and lack of basic amenities made the stay fall below what I would expect from a professional travel accommodation.

The rooms were perfect, it was like I was staying in a small apartment. I love that the rooms came with a washer and dryer. Didn’t have to travel back home with dirty laundry. The staff was nice. The pool area was nice and beautiful. It would be a place that I would choose to stay at again.

The condo is very nice. We had a 1 bedroom. There is a pool and hot tub on the roof with a cool view. The only problem we had was check in took an hour and the lobby had a lot of people waiting
