Communication with the staff checking in and out was great, really lovely and helpful. Room was clean with great facilities, shampoo and conditioner in the shower as well as shower gel, huge soft towels. Bed really comfortable. Location is very central & would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Staff leave at 6pm so have to check in early via WhatsApp
Second stay since it became Vcity and this one was much better. Stayed in room 106 which can be a little noisy earlier in the evening but fine for sleep. No issues with the room or facilities. Communication with host good.

The curtain on a huge window next to the bed was missing, which meant I had an awful sleep. I let the hotel know in the morning via WhatsApp (how they have previously communicated with me) and they didn't bother to answer. My room (102) backed onto a back street which was noisy at night and in the early morning.
Good points: Location is ok-ish, central but on a square where people hang about where you could feel intimidated with kids/older family members. Check in process worked but was very clunky - when the property was run by Sonder it was 100% better.
In fact thats the case for everything, never had any issues until VCity took over and I've stayed there a few times.
Can’t complain about the property, was exactly like pictures on website.
It’s handy for the city centre.
Unfortunately there was a big gang of coloured youths directly outside the property and I saw drug dealing going on all day and night.
The gang hovered around, on and off, until around 5am,shouting and playing football.
It was a very restless and sleepless night.
The property is great but the noise would put me off staying again.
Very central clean and well kept property . Check in was a bit clunky but once we accessed the property it was fine. We received an email with a contact number before check in. Multi storey Parking nearby was £24 for 24 hrs and had EV charging. I would happily stay there again
