Made a reservation for my mother in law and husband as she had an early medical appointment nearby and we are from out of town. When they got there at 3 p.m. they were told they did not have a reservation-that they were overbooked. No communication about this at all. So while my 80 yr old mother in law is sitting in pain in a parking lot I had to scramble to find another place. I did that and it was actually closer to their early appointment. At 7 p.m. that night I get a call telling me they overbooked and can they help find me another room. NO THANKS. NEVER AGAIN.
