The whole property is very nice but unusual. Its a large complex and it is out of the city quite a ways up the mountain in what seems like a gentrifying suburban neighborhood. Take a taxi or if you have a rental expect some smaller roads and dirt road to the complex. It took us 36 minutes to get there from old town, but we did have a lot of traffic. It is a walled compound with a couple of small apartment style buildings, a huge pool pavilion, endless patio surrounding all, a playground, a large climbing tower and other various buildings. It all seems new and very high end materials. There is a billiard table in the pool area along with a full size bar,(decoration only) a fountain, swing chairs. The pool is gorgeous and everything is clean and nice and it is wonderfully quiet. But with all the amenities, it seems strangely unused. Our room was immaculate with a beautiful balcony and view. One thing that is needed is a coffee and beverage set up in the room. They have a small building with vending machines, which does not fit the whole aesthetic. It was not great to get drinks and snacks out of a machine, but too far away from anything to easily get dinner or a drink. You are either on the property or not. They need to improve check in process. Arrived to property with no clear idea of where to go, there is no front desk, reception, etc. We found a cleaning lady who found the host. He was very harried, but we got to our room. Thoroughly enjoyed pool and quiet.

The hotel was exact as pictures show. Clean & modern. But what they don't tell you is how outskirt it is from the city centre. It's in a location where you can rarely find a taxi. They haven't updated their location on google maps. We got lost 3 times in the night trying to get back to the hotel because of the inaccurate location. It was very stressful the first night being lost in the dark in the middle of the forest. The hotel guy couldn't help with this. I wouldn't recommend due to the location at all.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad en kunnen deze accommodatie van harte aanbevelen! Vanaf het eerste contact met de eigenaar, Ermin, verliep alles perfect. Hij reageerde altijd snel op onze vragen en heeft ons, zoals afgesproken, netjes opgehaald van het vliegveld. Ze zijn ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Een speciale dank gaat uit naar Mevlida. Wat een geweldige vrouw! Ze heeft ons tijdens ons verblijf met van alles geholpen en was altijd vriendelijk en betrokken. Zelden hebben wij zó'n warm en behulpzaam team meegemaakt. De accommodatie ligt op ongeveer 15 minuten van de luchthaven en op een mooie, rustige locatie midden in de natuur. Alles was keurig schoon en goed onderhouden. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien: airconditioning, vaatwasser, kookplaat, koelkast, vriezer en alles wat je verder nodig hebt voor een comfortabel verblijf. Er lagen schone lakens, handdoeken, badhanddoeken en zelfs slippers klaar voor het zwembad. Ook het zwembad was schoon en heerlijk om in te zwemmen. Voor gezinnen met kinderen is het ideaal: er is een ondiep verhoogd gedeelte voor kleine kinderen, aparte douches en kluisjes bij het zwembad en buiten staat een leuk speeltoestel. Je merkt aan alles dat er echt is nagedacht over het comfort van de gasten. Wij waren hier met drie kleine kinderen en hebben enorm genoten. Alles was uitstekend geregeld en we voelden ons direct welkom. Nogmaals heel erg bedankt aan Ermin, Mevlida
