Hotel is horrible! First off the lady sent me to the WRONG ROOM, WHO ALREADY HAD PEOPLE STAYING THERE.
2.) The hotel was dusty and dirty as hell! The tub was dirty, the room was so dusty, and on top of that the pillow cases weren't even changed. They didn't properly clean all they did was remake the bed.

Bad Customer Service!! HORRIBLE SERVICE
The clerk at the desk was so rude. I've never been talked to, by someone that is the face of a business, like I was by this person. I will not call her a lady because she was anything but. She wouldn't tell me her name. My reservation was made at 439 pm and when I went to check in at 1 am, my reservation couldn't be found. When I offered my confirmation number I was told I was a joke because I thought I had all the answers. Was accused of having a bad day, when in reality, I was having a great day until I walked into this hotel. As I was walking in, another man was walking out fussing because he had just been turned away also. I ended up having to get another room at a different hotel because this woman refused to help me. I will never recommend this place to anyone!!!
Terrible- dead bugs behind the bed. No hot water in the shower. Microwave was placed in wrong place where there’s no plugs. Towels are not clean. Highly recommend do NOT sleep in there.

Nice place
The was a very nice office.
This is not a deluxe hotel. But was a good place to sleep and shower. The room was okay. It was clean. The bed box springs were old but no signs of any bugs. The room was a queen room. It had a jet tub in it but we didn't utilize it. Towels are limited due to Covid 19. Also no breakfast due to Vivid 19.
There are a lot of places to eat close.
We ate at the Dixie Cafe which is in the parking area of the Casey Jones train Museum.
The young man at check in was very sweet. I liked him.
The lady at check out was very nice and sweet as well.
There are a lot of work crew who stay here.
I would stay here again
It was great except that the pool was closed and the lighted sign outside clearly stated "Pool". I'll dismiss it cause after all, we are a midst a pandemic and they are trying to keep us safe.
Everything was dirty people were rude everyone was loud and the front desk did not care

Would rather spend a little more for better hotel
Hotel was just ok. It was a “you get what you pay for” kind of place. The room was clean but the sheets had some cigarette burns on the blanket. There were also some people just walking around at all hours of the night which felt sketchy. I left soon after I woke up the next day.
