Very clean and beautiful. The bathroom can improve by installing shower curtain or door so the bathroom can stay dry. The shower stand fell apart and the owner got someone to install it back the next morning.

We found some small cockroaches crawling around in the kitchen, ants crawling on the floors. near the rug. Shower rod broken but usable. Cold water dispenser broken. Hot water works. Air-conditioning works well. Fridge works well and spacious. Convenient walking distance to Ipoh parade and 188 hawker centre. Overall ok.
