Room, bathroom, and balcony all great size. Great breakfast with indoor and outdoor seating. Easy parking and in a very convenient location for exploring the area.

We were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now more than a month since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back.

Overall, we were satisfied with our experience at the hotel. However, we were asked to pay a deposit of 500 PLN upon check-in, which we did. At check-out, we were told that the deposit would be transferred as soon as they had checked the room. When I tried messaging them after 2 days, we heard nothing back. It is now 10 days since we checked out, and we have neither received a response nor our money back. Hence the poor review from us.

The property was very clean but The lady at the reception during our check in was very rude. She was very arrogant when we asked to change our room since the room description in the listing was misleading. Couple of things were not working in the room-The electric control for the black out drapes were not working. TV was not working either. The lady during our check out was very courteous.
