This is a beautiful new property with high end furniture and decor. Since I arrived kind of late, Terry, the owner invited me in for a cod dinner he and his friends were preparing. Great guy and an excellent place to stay!
All the staff were friendly and helpful
Glad I drove out of my way to stay there!!!
This location does not offer on-site meals, although there are cooking and BBQ facilities available. Many of their guests are medium to long-stay who don’t want all of their meals in a restaurant. Coffee and tea are available in the room and more in the shared kitchen.
We did go to the restaurant next door and the food was good and staff were very helpful. It’s a small community and dinner options are limited.
We had a beautiful view of the water from our room and everything was very clean.
The room was very small, no place for our luggage. There should be a fridge, especially for people like me who have insulin with us. The accessibility was not mentioned as being unavailable and I was not able to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor. They did give us a main floor room but didn't offer to refund the difference. The place is very difficult to find. The room is very nice and everything worked well. We slept great but couldn't figure out the heating/air-conditioning. Some sort of welcome binder would have been nice.
