If you are booking strictly on price or location, then go for it. I honestly thought the location was perfect, and the price - aside from the hidden 69 dollar non-refundable security deposit- was pretty good. Don't expect any hospitality on early check-in or late check-out unless you want to add 40 bucks. But if you are a germaphobe, steer clear. This place has filthy walls, black streaks, greasy or god knows what spots everywhere and really needs a paint job. More repairs are needed including a hole in the wall next to the main bedroom and a vent hanging open. No towel rack or toilet paper rack, and all the paint was peeling off the bathroom wall. Additionally the apartment has that "rental car that somebody smoked in" smell and I had to throw all my clothes in the wash when I got back, even if I hadn't worn them. I loved our time in Philadelphia, but I would not stay here again.

If your book is place, I would double-check. I had ax for something that was manageable. For someone who is not able to walk up a lot of flight upstairs and they put me on the 3rd floor I had to stay at night, mother's house instead of at the place cause I couldn't keep going up-and-down the steps. And I have multiple sclerosis. Also, the place is not very clean. The walls need to be repainted. The shower started to shoot out rust. And the colds, I had to try every cold, they gave me to get to the front door because it gave me the wrong information for the front door the front door code was for the room. Door and not the front door also, the beds are not very comfortable. They had a futon mattress, and I asked for a regular standard bid, and I got a bump bed that set low to the ground. Also, the dryer didn't work very well and had washed clothes there. But it wasn't able to dry them
