Location was great. Beautiful area by oaklawn and Texas de Brazil . Checking in was very convoluted and not a lot of help, instructions was a series of steps with broken links and codes that failed to open doors etc. After getting inside , considering the advertised monthly rent there is twice the average, I expected a bit more inside. I expected luxury furniture ,luxury fixtures. Our unit was 317 . Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. Otherwise, Basic plain furniture that looked heavily used. Bedroom end tables stained and chipped. Living room couch had obvious stains on it, white dining table also large red stains and crayon on the back of one of the chairs. Entire third floor had a horrible smell like burnt patchouli . Building has an infinity pool and rooftop lounge but our key wouldn’t access top floors. Expensive stay and several non refundable fees. Won’t rent here again
