Fantastic and Great Customer Service

Fantastic stay! The customer service line truly is 24-hour, as I encountered an issue late at night, and they tended to my needs immediately—very accommodating and cosy spot and great location within the town. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area. A++

Unfortunately, the unit we had rented became unavailable due to a maintenance issue, but the property manager worked diligently to keep us in the area. We were with an easy walking distance everything we hoped to see, including wonderful pubs and shopping. If you happen to have a car, the parking area is Secure and spacious.

Pretty good, with a few items that need attention

The Bedroom Carpet was really dirty dark stains, so that was not wonderful, but other than that the flat was clean and comfortable for a weeks stay.

Pros: nicely located in Richmond and in a quiet area. Tv has all the subscription survives you could dream of. Cons: furniture is terribly uncomfortable including bed and sofa so you can tell it’s low quality. No good night sleep as a result.
