This is a wonderful place for a family to stay. Three super-king beds (two in one room, one in another) was perfect for us (couple with three children). Vanessa was really friendly and helpful. The area is ideal - close to Piazza San Marco but not noisy, and with a great view out on to the canal.

Amazing and a memorable stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The unit was very clean and comfortable for our family with 3 young children. The location was the best with just steps away from St. Marks square, and Rialto bridge. The area is lined with shops and eateries. A safe, and family friendly location. The host was amazing and recommended us places to visit, which we really appreciated as the walk to these places provided us a glimpse of true Venice and out of the regular tourist hot spots.

Room was very clean and comfortable for our family of 4. The directions on how to find the hotel were perfect and being able to communicate prior to arriving through whats app was great. Vanessa was so helpful and we appreciated the help with reccomendations for dinner, gelato and help booking a water taxi! The water taxi was a great way to get from the hotel back to the train station.
