The property was great! We loved the big windows that let us look out but well insulated so we didn't have to hear the city sounds. They were great to meet us and show us around. Very walkable to metro and the river.

Like how close it was to metro, trains, busses. It is within walking distance to a shopping mall and gro ery store. We stayed for 10 days, being able to grocery shopping and cook was great. There were also restaurants in the area. The only downside was trying to figure out how to operate the washing machine

Enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Apartment is clean, spacious and equipped with everything that you need. It was Christmas Day when we checked in but the staff came to meet us despite it been a holiday. He showed and briefed us about the apartment. Thank you and highly recommend this place if you are coming to Lisbon.

The Oriente is perfect for visitors to the local conference center. Should you wish to visit the old city or other Lisbon destinations, the Oriente metro line is a 10 minute walk. The area is safe and the apartment was very clean. The APT INN team will meet you there and run you through everything.

Nice appartment! Everything there what you need! Enough space! including a small kitchen with washing-machine. Also for longer stays possible. Close to the exhibition center... Unfortunately not permanent warm water.... it is not comfortable to have changings with hot water / cold water during taking a shower....

It is a nice property although it needs to upgrade some of the furniture and the bathroom, also in the description said that all apartments had washer and dryer which was not the case, it did have a washer but not even with steam “dryer”, so at the end we found a laundry place and went there.

No response from rep. Waited over 30 minutes for check in. If my friend wasn’t checking in at the same time. I might have to wait even longer. No clean up throughout our stay. Towel exchange was done, could have taken the garbage out but didn’t. Air conditioning was weak. Unit was too hot

Great location, great views, great staff!!

We stayed in this fabulous apartment for 6 days. Safe location, 5 minutes walk to train station and the malls nearby. It's just another 3 minutes walk from the mall to the seafront. The view from the apartment is speechless. For sure we will come back on our next trip to Lisbon. We arrived late that night due to the easyJet flight was delayed. Thank you Kristina, she waited for us downstairs. It was 11pm when we arrived, thank you so much!! Mike

Stayed for 17 days. The town in this area is beautiful, and it was nice to feel calm. It was good because I have a 1 year old child. A walk along the river is pleasant. In addition, although the station is not close, it was convenient because you can access various routes. Regarding the facilities, the thing that fixes the shower was damaged and could not be fixed. In addition, there was no stopper for the bathtub, so it was necessary to use a plastic bag to store hot water. It was also troublesome that there was no vacuum cleaner in the cleaning tools even though cleaning is once a week. But other than that it's comfortable. There is a distance to the center, so if you can tolerate that, it's a good inn (*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)

Beautiful unit, but awful mattress. Dealbreaker.

Once I arrived, I was greeted by a nice young man who took me to my room. Initially he told me there wasn’t running water but that it was being addressed. Luckily, it’d been resolved by the time I arrived.There is no reception desk. However, security onsite in the building 24/7. Their means of communication was by email and they were pretty responsive. I needed help with the AC and they showed up without hesitation. However, the temperature of the room never really dropped. Perhaps a malfunction with that unit.These units are modern and beautiful but the bed was just so awful.I have never slept on a hard what felt like an old mattress. A place like this, the comfort of the bed should be as luxurious as the unit/amenities. Full kitchenette, stove, oven, dishwasher, full size fridge AND even a washer machine. Limited plug outlets near the bed. Only one of the two end table lamps could be plugged in.The other was there for decor purposes. Every night slept there was a struggle solely due to the mattress. This is more of an industrial area. I was on the 9th floor and didn’t have much of a view. Several restaurants nearby, shopping mall, and near transportation needs.
