This apartment was very spacious, the shower was hot and had good pressure but that's where the good stuff ends. Very limited condiments, one pillow and a stained, filthy looking cover for the bed. No Wi-Fi, the very friendly lady supposedly asked someone to come in and do it, but they never came, so I have 3 nights without Wi-Fi, which isn't the end of the world, but it's annoying when you're roaming & trying to work. Shower did not empty very fast, so I ended up flooding the bathroom on a couple of occasions, Plus you could not attach the showerhead to any part of the unit so you had to hold it the whole time. And the shower itself was not very clean. It's a shame really, because this apartment could be really nice if they took more care of it

Chambre avec des lits TRÈS confortable ! L’entretien de la chambre générale était propre. Par contre, l’évier de la cuisine fuit, la douche est bouchée et les couverts fournis n’étaient pas propres !

Je ne recommande absolument pas !!!

Directeur commercial je suis à l’hôtel 4/5 nuits par semaine, j’ai rarement vu cela: Chambre réservée avec un grand lit : finalement lits jumeaux. Parking pas trop loin fermé cause de match, et congrès donc garé à 3km, box wifi HS, meuble sous le bureau cassé, douche avec tuyau HS, peinture argentée du pommeau de douche HS voire coupante, volet difficile à descendre… photos disponibles si besoin de preuves

Le prix est bon pour le type d'appartement. Par contre, les codes d'accès reçus ne fonctionnent pas, sauf celui du coffre à clés (heureusement), le pommeau de douche n'a pas vu d'anticalcaire depuis 10 ans et les plaques de cuisson sont archaïques. J'ai eu des problèmes de WiFi pendant 3 jours (mais il paraît que c'était temporaire) et enfin, la moitié des couverts n'étaient pas lavés.

A éviter absolument !

J'ai apprécié la localisation de l'établissement. C'est un immeuble neuf de standing conforme à l'annonce du site. Toutefois il s'agit d'un bâtiment consacré avant tout aux logements d'étudiants et n'offre pas en conséquence de services et de prestations d'acceuil d'un hôtel. Un gardien est posté à l'entrée dans un local vitré mais il ne fait pas beaucoup d'effort particulier pour dire bonjour et ne vous regarde même pas des fois lorsqu'on passe. Du coup il est incapable de reconnaître les gens qui séjournent dans l'immeuble et peut vous refuser l'accès malgré qu'on ai les codes des portes d'entrée car ils sont en plus amenées à changer sans qu'il vous prévienne! Et il vous explique que l'immeuble est à priori fréquenté par des prostituées! Cet établissement EST À EVITER ABSOLUMENT si vous recherchiez une prestation hôtelière classique avec un personnel d'accueil professionnel.

Le seul côté positif , c était la,proximité du metro station "rond point du Prado". Sinon : Robinet cassé. Aucun ménage ni de changement de linge alors que j ai séjourné 7 nuits (il faut payer au moins 45 euros....en plus ), Cheveux non nettoyés dans les tiroirs du lit laissés par les clients précédents, matelas éponge couvert d une housse en plastique absolument pas confortable, aucune ventilation alors qu il faisait très chaud, en moyenne 30 degrés, l endroit était INFESTÉ de moustiques (j ai été dévoré chaque nuit), table non nettoyée dans le balcon, bruits assourdissants chaque matin très tôt des camions bennes et des livraisons de containers qui cognaient, au bas de la clinique car ma chambre avait une vue sur une clinique. De plus, il n y avait pratiquement pas de personnel disponible à l accueil, et aucun en fin d après-midi et le week-end. En fait je ne me suis pas du tout reposé car je ne pouvais pas dormir. Alors que je n ai pas pu partir en vacances depuis 2 ans ! Ce n est pas du tout un établissement que je recommanderai ! J AI ETE TRES TRES DECU ! En revanche à mon arrivée, ils n ont pas du tout oublié d exiger 10 euros de frais de taxes de séjour !

Hotel mit Potenzial, aber leider herrscht dort ein Chaos. Zimmer schmutzig, Viele Sachen im Zimmer sind Kaputt bis lebensgefährlich. Wasserkocher unglaublich verkalt. Der Ventilator hat kein Schutzgitter. Bettwäsche teilweise verschmutz. Und die Dusche war total verstopft. Habe denen gebeten die Verstopfung zu beheben, die Antwort war erst in 5 Tage.

Compliqué d’obtenir une personne au téléphone, arrivée sur place la chambre était occupée aucune autre était disponible. Dimanche personne sur place j’ai eu de la chance de croiser le gardien qui a été plus que professionnel sur son jour de repos je précise et m’a mis en attente dans une chambre étudiant vue que j'étais avec mon enfant. Merci au gardien c’est bien la seule personne qui a été super 👍

Nous avons réserver un appart avec lit double et balcon et nous avons eu des lits jumeaux et pas de balcon. Les protections de taies d'oreiller propre mais faut pas les retirer sinon cela fait mal aux yeux. En plus poue se garer une vrai galère car pas de parking privée faut tourner pour trouver une place. Sinon le gardien de l'immeuble est super sympa et agréable.
