This was my another stay at Gems Beirut. I like Hamra location and always enjoy the hotel is located in the heart of that district. There are many restaurants bars and shops around making this hotel a good spot.I needed to amend slightly my reservation and the hotel staff was very much helpful and friendly to address my issue. It was my second stay at the Gems in Beirut. The staff is always very helpful and ready to assist with any cases. I received a specious room which was great and everything was ready for me even though I arrived a little bit earlier. The hotel has great location, the AC works very well as well as Wi-Fi which is important. I highly recommend this property while visiting Beirut.

Great place in the centre of Hamra district. Very well kept hotel. Spacious room with sitting area and kitchenette. Comfortable bed but the pillows could be better. Clean bathroom with bidet.
