Worst hotel experience in Milan - Avoid booking this hotel! Do not book Five Suites. The photos listed on the site are completely misleading and do not represent the actual room you get. Misleading Photos & Poor Room Quality: The room was pitch black—even with every single light switched on, it felt like a haunted house. The bathroom looked completely different from what was shown on the website, and despite curtains being pictured in the online listing, the room had no curtains at all. Unbearable Noise: The room was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. Because of the excessive noise and lack of window curtains, I had no choice but to check out and switch to another hotel in the middle of the night. Poor Communication & Customer Service: Communication from management is terrible. I didn't receive the check-in instructions until less than 24 hours before check-in. I arrived in Milan early in the morning and needed to store my luggage before an afternoon appointment, but I didn't receive any response from them until 12:00 PM. The photos online are completely fake compared to reality. Save yourself the stress and avoid booking this place.
