What we appreciated the most was how peaceful it was sitting on the back deck and watching the Mississippi River barge traffic. Even though we were relatively close to a busy street, the location of the house and the natural surroundings limited the sound. What also amazed us was the house location was ideal for getting to anywhere in Vicksburg. But I must repeat sitting and relaxing on the deck was probably the best part of the trip.

I loved the porch! I drank a couple of cups of coffee before we left. The view was spectacular. I spoke with the overseer several times. She answered every question and was so helpful.
