Me gustó la limpieza, el estado de las instalaciones, la habitación, el baño, el trato del personal. No me gustó mucho la ubicación, pero lo que menos me gustó fue la bañera, que no tenía mampara completa y se salía el agua mientras te duchabas.

Quick stay near the airport.

Picked this hotel because it looked very nice and is within 15 minutes of the airport. It was very nice, There were only two issues we had. The first was that our rooms were very warm and we couldn’t get the temperature to go below a certain level. The second was that we couldn’t use our free breakfast, because it didn’t open until 8 am.

Bra hotell utanför centrum

Jättebra hotell med väldigt stora och sköna sängar. Bra frukost och fräscht överlag. Ligger en bra bit utanför centrum, så taxi måste beställas för färd dit och hem.

We loved this place, everything there was clean the front desk people were very nice and the breakfast was my favorite part. The guy serving in the restaurant was very helpful and nice. We’d love to comeback.

The room was smallish but OK. Only little issue was the grout around the bathtub/ shower was discolored brown and looked bad. The location is OK. About halfway between the airport and downtown Madrid, so not really convenient for either. The metro stop is about a 15 minute walk away. We didn't find any nearby restaurants open for dinner. Most of the neighborhood places are for lunch for the nearby office workers.

good hotel close to Ifema but not so good for public transport there. Not too expensive by taxi to congress area and good metro line into the centre of Madrid (stops at Opera in central area) at ciudad lineale (green line) about 15 minutes walk away. Room very comfy and well appointed but had a problem with the lock so had to change rooms on 3rd morning. Room identical so my only complaint in the room was the lack of drink making facilities (no kettle etc). Tried to order room service on Sunday night at 11.20pm and was told the kitchen was closed even for a cake and a cuppa! Disappointing. Other than that, breakfast was great - excellent choice, wonderful tasty fresh squuezed orange juice, good selection of fruit, cold meats/cheese etc, breads/pastries, toaster, hot breakfast and option to order fresh cooked eggs - fried, omelette etc. Coffee from machine but good coffee. Restaurant staff very obliging even if found it a bit strange to sit in the cafe part on Friday night on arrival as restaurant wasn't open! Food good - quickly prepared, waiter very friendly and professional. All in all, despite a couple of hitches about the room lock and room service, happy to recommend it.

posizione non wow ma tutto sommato un buon hotel

hotel bello e con bella camera. ottima l'accoglienza alla reception. la posizione non è nemmeno troppo scomoda, la metropolitana si raggiunge in 15 minuti a piedi o prendendo un bus. purtroppo la posizione non ha nulla intorno se si intende passare la serata vicino l'hotel. per il resto tutto molto bene.

Habitaciones bonitas y modernas y cama comoda con la unica pega de que la cama matrimonial es la union de 2 individuales. En el baño el plato de ducha está completamente cerrado cosa que se agradece para evitar mojar todo. Desayuno bufet bueno.

Recent review

Fantastic service from the start. The staff at Reception were helpful, polite and friendly at all times. The room was very clean and tidy, this was also maintained everyday by the cleaning staff, they did an excellent job. The A/C worked fine and there was a variety of TV channels available. The buffet breakfast was on point too, nice selection of cereals, various sweet pastries, variety of fresh bread, cold meats and eggs. The staff at the buffet restaurant are always there to help and they too provided excellent service, including the chefs too! We used the metro to travel into Madrid Central everyday, the station was only like a 10 minute walk way, not bad at all. Overall, we had a fantastic experience staying at the hotel, thanks to all the staff who were ar hand at all times to help us out. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when i come back to Madrid.
