The 2 bedroom suite we booked was massive and very comfortable, we were in the back building so our lake views were impeded quite a bit. The location is fantastic, queenstown was just a lot busier than we wanted. The suites kitchen is modern but the carpets and couch could use a refresh and our balcony seem to be pooling water on the floor.

The staff are excellent and friendly. Our room was big with a lake view. The room was old/shabby. There are broken tiles in bathroom, the vanity basin laminate is peeling off, the carpet is fraying walls are very marked. The room was noisy.
