Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. The room was quite comfortable for a one-night stop, especially considering that this was the cheapest option I could find. I had actually expected a studio with a kitchen where I could prepare my own meals, but I couldn't find a kitchen in the room. Perhaps it was located in a separate area, or maybe I was given a different room. Since I was staying for just one night, I didn't bother investigating. Having a refrigerator was good enough for me. There were a couple of minor things worth mentioning. During the day, it can get a little noisy when trucks drive past, but this wasn't a problem at night. I slept very well and had a good rest. I also couldn't quite figure out how the hot water system worked. The water heater in the bathroom didn't seem to be working: the shower water stayed cold, although the water in the sink eventually became warm. Perhaps the hot water comes from another heater, or something needed to be switched on. In the end, I took a refreshing cold shower in the morning. Even in October, it turned out to be a great way to wake up! I didn't contact the host about it, as I was only staying for one night. There was a warm blanket in the room, and the air conditioner could also be used for heating, so staying comfortable temperature-wise was not a problem. On the positive side, there is a small balcony with a sea view. There is also a small parking area by the entrance, with space for around 4–5 cars.

I arrived during the off-season so it was relatively quiet, which meant I could choose any room which was unexpected—I stayed in the family room. The view from the balcony is great for breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed the breakfast: great homemade jams, bread, a selection of fruit, cheese, and egg with a glass of milk and a cappuccino. The staff were really helpful with providing a laundry service, tips for places to visit, and organising bike rental. It's a great location for walks to the beach, the promenade, scenic viewpoints, and paragliding, and the town centre isn't too far away—walkable or you can get a bus. A few of my trips were cancelled due to the weather/being off-season, but the family offered a trip to Berat which I really appreciated, and I paid the price of fuel split with another guest. I stayed for 6 nights and used the kitchen for my own lunch and dinner, but they do offer meals that you can pay for if you don't want the hassle of cooking yourself.
