Excellent séjour,une vue magnifique de notre chambre.Toute la baie de Puerto Montt et l océan,les phoques qui s s'amusent.

Excellent location
Fantastic views over the bay area from rooms and from restaurant, which is, actually, a very well-assorted cafeteria. Very nice breakfast. Nice staff. Located on top of the enormous mall on the sea side. Puerto Montt in itself it not extremely charming, but from 11th floor it all looks beautiful.

Great Location and View
The description said they do not have a front desk, this is not true. They have a front desk that is manned probably 24 hrs, I can verify until 11:00pm. The entry is on the ground floor, the reception is on the 11th. The hotel is from 6 to 11, but you need a key for any floor other than 11. They spoke good english. Was quick to check in. The area on the 11th also sells a few food dishes, drinks, and some candy type stuff. The view is spectacular over the water and facing the summer sunset. Breakfast is also served here. The room is a standard hotel room, it is a little worn here and there. However the pillows were nice, the shower was hot (not warm like most places in Chile), I'm not sure if I had control of the a/c or not, but I was not too warm. Wifi worked well. Bath was small but nice. Bed was good, medium soft/firm. It is in a great location, airport taxi was 13,000 fixed price.

Gute Lage, grosses Hotel
Die Zimmer im 6 Stock mit City view sind nicht schön, da diese nur eine Aussicht auf Gitter und Klimaanlage haben. Zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Hotel ist über einem Einkaufszentrum und ca 5 min vom Hauptplatz oder 12 min zum Busbahnhof entfernt. Das Hotel ist schön aber die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer haben viel Platz und Personal ist hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist ok.

Very large rooms with wall to wall windows overlooking the bay. The unfortunate thing is that it’s hidden in a large building housing also a large shopping mall, in a high traffic coastal road, making the access hard to find. Take their shuttle to make things easier.

Amazing views and close to everything
So pleased to arrive and find helpful staff at the front desk. And the room was clean and luxurious, with amazing views of the waterfront. The hotel offers simple food options during the day and a free breakfast each morning. The bus terminal is within view, so it is easy to get from here to anywhere.

Una pena la atención
El hotel es de lo más lindo de la ciudad y las vistas increíbles. Por eso lo elegimos varias veces. Pero en esta ocasión la llegada fue desagradable pq nos dijeron q si no pagábamos una diferencia no nos corresppndía habitación c vista al mar. No estaba claro en el sitio al hacer la reserva. El hotel no estaba lleno y tiene muy ppvas habitaciones sin vista. Se lo pedimos y somos clientes habiuales. Finalmente, pagamos una diferencia mínima q no valió el disgusto de un pasajero. Una pena. Recomiendo q mejoren la información en hoteles.com y mejoren la atención. Lo demás, perfecto, incluyendo las danzas típicas en el desayuno por la semana de la chilenidad.

The size of the room is great. The bathroom is also large and includes a closet area inside the bathroom to hang your coats and store your suitcase. The views from the room are amazing. I like how I could open the windows in the room. The breakfast was nice.

En el piso de arriba hubo un desperfecto, trabajaron de madrugada haciendo mucho ruido y cortaron el agua...nos cambiaron de habitación a las 3:30 am porque no podíamos dormir y no quedó registrado, por lo que al día siguiente NO hicieron aseo en nuestra nueva pieza, que estaba bajo el comedor, por lo que se sentían todos los movimientos de sillas al desayuno (pero eso fue mas tolerable que el martilleo incesante a las 3 am)
