Great location, good amenities and lovely pool

First of all I want to say thanks to the receptionists and the amazing cleaners that were doing a superb job and being very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay at Bahia Playa and loved the location and the pools! The big pool is heated to 24 degrees so well above that in the afternoon on a sunny day! The food was not very exciting but there are plenty of other options in the area so no need to go and eat there every time. We had a great stay! Thanks!

Bahia Playan loma

On jo aikaisemmin katseltu, että on mukavan näköinen paikka. Huoneisto oli tilava ja hyvin varustettu, iso parveke ja osittainen merinäköala. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Yleiset tilat miellyttäviä. Netti oli vain aulassa ja se oli ainoa miinus. Ruoka ihan ok.

Un apartamento con servicios de hotel.

Buena relacion calidad precio, la terraza estaba muy bien, con cocina bien equipada y el colchon muy bueno. No tenia wifi y el agua caliente es de caldera. La mabilidad de los empleados y en especial los camareros del restaurante. La comida correcta. Bien situado, pero es dificil aparcar cerca del establecimiento y tienes unos 15 minutos a pie a los lagos Martianez.

Location. Nice breakfast and dinner. Large 1 bedroom suite. Great view. Beach around the corner. One misleading information was about the parking. Parking is not free but cost 5 EUR per day so we decided to park our car on the street. We enjoyed our stay there and recommend this hotel.

Et hotel der har en del patina ;) Men pænt og rent. Og venligt personale :) Parkering er et kapitel for sig selv - men virker når man fundet ud at bruge brikken og lave store herresving for at komme ind og ud af P-kælderen. Morgenmaden er fin, aftensmaden blev kun indtaget 1 gang på hotellet og var ikke noget jeg ville anbefale. Alt i alt fint til prisen og en god beliggenhed.

Super fint hotel

Fint hotel til pengene og stjernerne. Ligger lige ved stranden og en kort gåtur fra centrum. Der er god plads i lejlighed og på terrasse. Vi oplevede super god service. Eneste minus var aftensmaden, som var noget under middel. Der er kun gratis internet på værelser i den bygning, hvor receptionen ligger. Så book en lejlighed her, hvis det er vigtigt. Ellers skal man sidde i receptionsområdet.

El aparhotel necesita un lavado de imagen, un mantenimiento. No dudo que en sus tiempos fue uno de los mejores lugares del Puerto de la Cruz, pero ahora ya está lejos de esa época. La comida sin variedad. Nada apetecible. Bañera oxidada. Hay que dar una vuelta. Hasta en el chekin te piden 20€ por el mando de la tele.

Отдыхали в декабре 2018 г. Все понравилось. Бронировали апартаменты с одной спальней, вид на город. Заселили в трехкомнатный (две спальни и кухня-гостиная) угловой номер на 6 этаже с огромной террасой с видом и на горы и на океан. Отель удачно расположен. Рядом пляжи, Лоропарк, автобусная станция. Сам отель утопает в цветах. Кормили хорошо, но без изысков. WiFi только на первом этаже.С парковками проблем не было. Могу рекомендовать.

Apartamentos algo viejos y donde no han invertido en su constante mejora y reparación. El mueble del baño estaba muy deteriorado. No facilitaron ningún tipo de champú o gel, y no había wifi en la habitación. La gente de recepción, restaurante y limpieza muy simpáticos y atentos.

Nos entraron a robar en la habitacion, el primer dia que llegamos, toda la ilusion de las vacaciones por los suelos, y por parte del personal de recepcion del hotel ningun apoyo, se desentendieron totalmente, por el contrario, excelente personal en la zona del comedor.
