Very easy, quick, and friendly check-in. Spacious room. The atmosphere is relaxed. This property has more the feel of a pleasant and very private residence on a leafy block. If that's exactly what you want, then this is exactly the place. Meanwhile, it's also only moments away from the highest-energy parts of Bangkok. You get the best of both worlds at a reasonable price.

Lovely stay

Perfectly acceptable hotel for the price. The room was massive and equipped with everything I needed. Location was perfect, plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Easy transportation links to access the city.

Fast, smooth check-in. Spacious living/dining room with TV, full kitchen with appliances, tools, spacious, well-darkened bedroom with TV and plenty of workspace, nice bathroom with bath & shower. Decent breakfast w good coffee. No noise from outside. Very friendly & helpfull staff.

Reasonable price and good access

Interior decoration is old-fashioned, but reasonable price for spacious space. Good access from the BTS ASOK station. But I recomend the taxi use when the rain, because of the puddles on the small street of the SOI-19.

It is clean and location is good. Just a bit noisy in the first day morning. Staff is polite but not warm enough. No one helps to carry the luggages to the cap or open the door for you.

I had the worst hotel experience. Never stay at this hotel again. 1. Breakfast here is was the worst in the world. 2. I did not have any call for the mail deliveries of shirts. After we called the shop, and asked the front desk about the mail, the reception lady answered ' no mail from the shop' . I asked looking for it over and over, but she refused to look for it. Finally, I could find it in the other place of the hotel by myself. 3.I asked taxi meter at the hotel, but the taxi driver never used the meter, and asked me quite expensive amount.

朝食はレパートリーがない。ベッドは快適で寝やすかった。ネットは使ってないからわからない。周りに川が流れててドブ臭い。宿泊費の割には部屋の設備が古く、同じ値段ならもっと駅近に泊まれたと思う。喫煙者で他のレビューを見て、バルコニーで喫煙が可能と言うとでリクエストした。リクエストは問題なかったが、チェックインした日は気がつかなかったが、次の日見たらバルコニーに害虫がいた。幸い自室では出なかったが、意識したらもうバルコニーに出ることができなかった。初日以降、喫煙しなかったので、実質禁煙ルームと変わらなかった。であれば、もっと駅近の禁煙ホテルを同額で予約すればよかった。本気で2日目からホテルを変えようと思った。ただ言語に自信がないので、実行に移せなかった。本当に、部屋に出なくてよかった。夜も荷物は開けっ放しにはできない。

(難点)①室内が全部の灯りを点けても薄暗い(ロマンチックな意味でなく、照度不足②掃除、アメニティ補充はキチンとしてくれるが、乾燥し清潔な筈のフェイスタオルでクサい匂いの時があった③サイズが合って無いソファーとクッション→結局使わなかった→小ソファーに大クッションでバランス悪く使い難い為。④MRTやBTS駅からは遠くは有りませんでしたが、毎日朝晩歩くと結構な距離を感じました。 (いい点)①朝食もレパートリーは限られているが美味しかった②レセプション対応も気持ちいい③10日間stayで洗濯機ある部屋を利用しましたが、物干しセットも準備されており、助かりました→欲を言えば洗濯バサミがいくつかあると更に便利です。
