Perfect space for two as a home base for an extra long weekend in Iceland. 20-25 minute walk to the city centre might not be ideal for some but we enjoyed strolling along the water each day and evening.

Great location, clean, well maintained, fully stocked kitchen. Great mix of locals while also being near tourists attractions. Local shops and amenities near by as well as easy delivery options. Numerous restaurants within reasonable proximity. Parking was confusing for multiple guest, as no clear signs for guest parking. 30 minute then tow signs are on the building which added to the confusion. Bathroom on the smaller side. Overall very happy with this apartment and 100% will stay again.

Room is accurate to photos. The room was made wheel-chair accessible as the hosts added a ramp which was much appreciated. There is a smart TV. The room became pretty warm with multiple people, so windows had to be left open. One concern we had was a urine smell in the main room. Even the bathroom smelled better. Raised this concern with hosts and they said it was normal to the country. However, I never smelled anything like it anywhere else I stayed at in the country. The tiles in the entryway were cracked and uneven.

Lovely room , plenty big enough for 5 of us, great kitchenette and easy to oark right outside. A mile walk into the centre and really easy to get around. Netto supermarket right across the road, which was great. Would recommend
