Zürich is expensive! The flat was small but clean and functional for our needs. There was a nice balcony and the bed was comfortable. It would be nice if some basics were provided like tea and coffee given that there is a kitchenette.

Well situated and had all amenities. Unfortunately the volume control on the TV was faulty, one of the two cups had a broken handle and the pillows were large but not very supportive while the mattress moved - not major issues but meant the apartment was not as comfortable as it could be.

The property was not as described. They use a phone to photograph a passport when they finally answer. Go to the room which was left cleaner than when we got there. No aircon, small, and outdated, nothing like the ad described. At all times of the day, there is yelling, no idea if it’s the cleaner or owner. While we had no bed bugs, from what we’ve seen in reviews, they are around, and the hotel refused to refund our money so we could go elsewhere. Do yourself a favour, go anywhere else.
