Great space for a week's stay - served its purpose as a service apartment with microwave in the room as well. Convenient location - got from berlin main train station by public transport conveniently by few stops and area is connected with different trams and bahns. Many cafes and food options nearby too

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Right beside underground and the area has a thriving chilled eatery vibe. Walking distance but berlin so big we used eScooters- plenty around the hotel!

Love the Amano chain - great locations across Berlin. Amano Home works very well and has a good service level for an apart-hotel. Super service-minded staff helped with an early check-in and the cleaning team is so nice and thorough. Highly recommend.

Great stay! The rooms were clean, and very large compared to most European city centre hotels and clean. The check-in process could be improved as it's via a clunky app-only system. There is also nowhere to store luggage pre/post-stay. Would stay again!

Check in and check out where fast and convenient. Room was clean and comfortable. Train station is less than 2 minutes walking. This is my second time staying and I am very satisfied. The only feedback is they should update the tv’s to smart tv’s just in case you want to watch a movie. 🙂

Very clean room and hotel, close to Alexander Platz, very convenient for access to public transportation, restaurants, etc. On the down-side, online check-in was not user friendly, late check-out required additional payment and price a bit high for not including breakfast. But overall a very pleasant establishment, quiet and private.

Based on the room and the location, this is a five star property. It is very well appointed with a new microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is also bright, very well designed and spacious. The location is super. Self check-in, however, is a mess. They do a terrible job communicating in advance what to do and any issues getting in, which almost every customer experiences. Once you’re in it’s great, but management has greatly failed to remedy this ongoing issue. It is costing them money and goodwill they could easily capture if they put a real effort to make it easier. I’ll be back and only in advance what to expect.

Everything is perfect. Spacious room with all the necessary things included. Dishwasher, microwave, pots, plates, coffee machine, iron etc. Even there was 2 kg dumbells and a mat to exercise. Super easy self check-in and check-out. In the middle of the city. Metro and tram right in front of the hotel. In walking distance to lots of attractions. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants around.Definitely 5/5

Great Location, Zero Customer Service

With a great location in the heart of the Berlin Mitte district, this had such potential. But with literally no customer service, just an i-Pad in the corner, and no ability to change my reservation even weeks in advance, I was charged in at check-in for longer than I stayed, and I've been told I can't get a refund. I would not stay here again.

Promised bluetooth speaker is on available upon request and for a few hours at a time, not as advertised. Had to request the weights, as well. Water seal coming off shower door so the whole bathroom gets wet when you shower, too, slippery and dangerous!

We've had an excellent experience right from the start. Easy check-in despite our extremely late arrival past midnight. It could not have been any better! The apartment is designed in a very clever way, also modern and practical which feels very much like a home. We didn't miss anything at all. Plenty of storage, a kitchen equipped with basically everything you need...and even a yoga mat and small weights. Impressive! Very clean throughout the entire hotel with a super friendly receptionist...what else do you want? :) It is at a large crossing but with the windows closed and the AC on, it was quiet and not hot at all with 29 degrees outside. Location is fantastic with a 13 minute walk from Alexanderplatz, so very convenient when coming with the R23 from Brandenburg Airport. Lots of speciality coffee shops and restaurants are in the area. We would definitely stay there again.

O hotel é de excelente localização, porém fomos no verão e um dos critérios elegidos era ter ar-condicionado. Porém, é importante destacar que O HOTEL NÃO DISPÕE DE AR-CONDICIONADO! Essa é uma informação falsa que encontra-se no anúncio. No primeiro dia tivemos muito calor, pois o aquecedor central ficava ligado. Pedimos que desligassem, pois o controle não é individual. E nos deram dois ventiladores. O próprio funcionário informou que o hotel tem apenas aquecedor, e o ar-condicionado não funciona! Deixamos de pegar hotéis com preços menores, pensando em não pegar calor. O quarto é pequeno, mas bem funcional! Contém utensílios de cozinha completos.
