Spacious accommodation, clean, could do with a bit of tlc , but for 2 night stay in way to Spain ideal. Location was excellent 2 minutes from peage station 15 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand city ; Aldi and Lidl 5 minutes

An ok stay for one night. Rooms quite basic but clean. No pans to cook things in the oven but otherwise kitchen well equipped.

The check in process and communication from the hotel was really poor. With four young children it was a really awful experience and wouldn't recommend.

We had difficulty getting in to the property as we were not sent a code for the main gates. The reception was supposed to be open until 8 pm. We got there at 7 pm and it was closed therefore there was no food drinks or anything available. The accommodation itself was adequate, but a strange layout with a bathroom upstairs and a toilet downstairs. And terrible smell coming out of one of the kitchen cupboards would not stay at this property again.

Insufficient cleaning and bugs!

We arrived very late at the hotel. Fortunately, we already called the hotel evaluering the day, otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to enter. Once there, the apartments were ok, but cleaning was horrible. There were numerous stains on mattresses, hair and dirt under linen and mattresses, hair and dirt on floors. Worst of all, we found a crawling bed bug and evacuated right away to sleep in our car instead!

Need to contact you if they a missing details

They need to make sure they either send of it the text message or alert they don’t have a mobile number - we got to the gate after reception closed and there is no way of contacting anyone - we had to find alternate accommodation late at night as there was no way to gain access. This needs to be highlighted or in bold or something that stands out

Endroit où nous apprécions depuis plusieurs années y faire une halte. Très bien situé et complexe agréable. Personnel très accueillant. Malheureusement le site est de plus en plus dégradé notamment dans les logements.. mobilier très usagers, odeurs dans la salle de bain infecte et persistante. Draps tachés. Vraiment dommage car c est un endroit où nous prenons plaisir à nous arrêter.. en espérant qu un effort sera fait par la suite...

Propreté qui laisse à désirer (des moutons de poussière un peu partout), vaisselle et couverts mal lavés. Électroménager d’un autre âge, rouillé. Boutons de la plaque de cuisson non fonctionnels. Quelques points dangereux : éclairage suspension dont les chevilles ne tiennent plus et qui menace de tomber, fil d’une lampe de chevet denudè sur le fiche, détecteur de fumée qui a manifestement crâmé. Côté tranquillité, les résidents du logement d’en dessous qui passent l’aspirateur à 22h30. Plus loin une TV dont le son est trop fort : difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes quand il fait chaud. bref, heureusement que ce n’était que pour 1 nuit.

Très propre, personnel accueillant, petit déjeuner à la hauteur. Cuisine vétuste, pas de thé ou café dans l'hébergement, non climatisé, très mal isolé au niveau du bruit : on entend les voisins tirer leurs chaises, monter et descendre l'escalier, il faut parler très doucement pour ne pas déranger.
