Amazing and helpful staff. Forgot something in the room that they were able to retrieve and hold for me. Rooms are spotless, spacious and in a great condition. Very clean, modern flat in a safe residential area. Plenty of eating places nearby and a Westfield shopping mall ten minutes away. Was a great experience staying here especially because of the price, well worth it.

It was a great stay. Very affordable and close to public transport. The apartment was clean, check in was extremely smooth and I really have 0 complaints about our stay. The picture’s on the website dont really do the apartment justice. It is a very high standard apartment with a fully functioning kitchen. Lovely bathroom and s comfortable stay. Amazing experience with this place. We was staying for 1 night before our flight. Room was very large and comfortable with a balcony and bath. More than everything we liked the stuff! Beautiful modern Apartment Room. We had problems with the heating but the ladys at the reception were soo friendly and helped us! The tram Station to the City Center is only 3 Minutes by feet and takes 20-25 minutes to the Main Station or Centrum. I can only recommend this Place!

Even though the listing says that housekeeping is provided daily, it definitely isn’t. We stayed for three nights and never received any housekeeping service. On top of that, we were given only half a roll of toilet paper at check-in, and when we called the front desk, they told us to buy our own because housekeeping isn’t available. Very disappointing and misleading.
