I stayed 3 nights at Canaves Sunday starting on 4/22/2026. Before booking this hotel, I read all the reviews, and when I arrived, I understood why it is rated 10/10. This is one of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at. The service is top-notch, and the view from the breakfast area is absolutely stunning. I took some of the best sunset photos here. Special thanks to Giannis, Aris, Irene, and all the staff for making our stay unforgettable. I will definitely come back!

This was our favorite Hotel throughout our vacation. The hotel staff was incredible, all the way from the Bellman to the concierge. They truly wanted our visit to be exceptional and for us to have an incredible visit. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was outstanding and they accommodated every request we had. The room was amazing. The location was perfect as it was in a great area. It was safe and walkable to shopping and restaurants . The manager was incredible as he greeted us when we checked in and we saw him throughout our entire visit, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.

The rooms are beautiful and quiet and all with a gorgeous view of the caldera. The staff is attentive and the restaurant and veranda have 360 views of Santorini. This is the place for sunsets. The sushi restaurant is pricey but very high quality.
