We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Beautiful room that was clean and well organized. The bed were comfortable and the bath tub was splendid. The staff were very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast was also delicious, with a variety of options that rotated daily. The gym is also amazing with a yoga, tumbling, golf simulator and weights rooms. The location is perfect as it is close to the metro, pedestrian street and the bund. It is my go to hotel for whenever I am in Shanghai.
