Mixed emotions. Nice hotel. Poor service attitude!

The reception was quite rude and made no attempt to speak English even though he knew I was English and spoke to him in French the whole time! Another guest was staring at us and laughing as we left in the morning. However, breakfast was tasty and good choice, room comfortable with a great coffee maker and location quiet so we slept well.

Management: when a customer books a room with three beds it's not your concern whether that customer is alone or with fifty people. Your concern is to make the room available to the customer. Corporate: you might want to review the staff at this franchise in Belgium. Breakfast is nice and it wouldn't be fair to take that away from the kitchen staff. We had a great breakfast but will avoid this property in the future because of nosy receptionist ugh!!!

Nice hotel in a quiet area

I stayed here with the family and enjoyed our stay. The room had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. One thing I wasn't happy with was lack of food choices at breakfast despite coming good 30 minutes before it finished.
