There were issues with our first room, but they reached out to see how things were going, and when we let them know, they quickly moved us to a much nicer room. We were very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to family and friends.

Waited 3 hours to check-in. I did arrive early so it was understandable that I had to wait but I didn't receive my room until nearly 5:00 which is an hour after check-in. The hot tubs are under renovation which I didn't know when booking. I specifically booked a room with a jetted tub as well and the jets didn't work. The shower was peeling and overall the room looked old. The grounds were well maintained however and had many grills to use. The pool was also nice. I probably wouldn't stay here again though with so many other options nearby
