Good hotel conveniently placed

As usual for Ibis hotels, this hotel is a good trade-off between price and comfort. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the proce is affordable

Poor hotel

I have to reschedule my stay due to some ad hoc family matters. But the hotel just turned down my request in a very rude way by justing saying the booking is not refundable. But no alternative solution is provided. No thinking from customer perspective. Poor service. Poor hotel!

I found the reception area confusing and the staff milling about seemed to be a bit confusing and when I tried to hand the room key back could not find anyone to return it to. Apart from that hotel was very good

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed here for 3 nights primarily for its location near St Pancras station. The room was comfortable, clean and had a good shower with quick hot water. The breakfasts, an extra cost, were OK although the hot food choices were uninspiring and the same each morning. The staff were helpful and pleasant.

Great modern easy check in, staff very helpful. Room was cletan and quiet. Only problem were limited towels and no face clothes. But everything was great so can't complain.

Good location, lousy condition.

Open reception area with 80db music booming. The lifts to the room are slow and the room number system confusing, room 6404 is on the 4th floor. The room was not quite fresh and the toilets worked, but not easily and well and after then stopped working all together in the morning. I told personnel at breakfast and they said the hotel is due to be closed down. Stay away if possible.

Hotel is set to close in a few more weeks. It shows. From the condition of our room to the staff, you can see that they didn't care. Had I known they were set to close down, I would have booked a different hotel.

Basic, very basic but good for the price.. it's London, what do you expect. Service was great, fast, location is great as it's just walking distance literally a few steps from euston station.

Super Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Tolle Lage, sauberes Hotel, guter Service. Liegt direkt neben einem Bahnhof, deshalb hört man teilweise die Züge, aber das empfanden wir nicht störend. Für London ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.
