First off: the location of this place is AMAZING. It is quite literally around the corner from the Duomo. So many shopping and eating options steps away. The room was exactly as advertised, and huge: particularly for European standards. The host had incredible communication and was flexible with check in time and quick to answer any questions we had. This is a great place to stay. Comfortable, clean, great location and we loved the washing machine. The location was the best, a few steps to Ponte Vecchio bridge, the museums, restaurants, shopping and the train station within 10 minutes. We loved that they automatically sent us dinner, coffee shop and cafe recommendations and included many times discounts at the locations. Great communications and quick responses. The beds were comfortable, the refrigerator was big and there was everything we needed.
