The room was clean and spacious. Although we spent the majority of our time out and about, it was nice to return to a homey space. The location was great: away from the traffic, but still close to the strip and the food in Chinatown.

There should be mop, broom, dustpan and brush for everyday cleaning that might need to be done. There is cutlery, pans and pots. There should also be cloths provided. I stay at Palms Place a handful of times a year for some months. Issues with TV and other minor stuff was dealt with promptly. Service was pretty good. I paid for a balcony room and I did not receive that. I’ll be back in Vegas in May for a few weeks. Rating 4 out of 5.
