The staff were always so helpful and friendly. We also booked a hot air balloon tour that made that experience easier because they help scheduling and a chauffeur is provided. The location of the hotel was nice as well, enough restaurants and cafes near by. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our room was extremely spacious with a full kitchen and a balcony. The internet and TV were great. The neighborhood is quiet, pedestrian friendly, and near lots of markets and restaurants. Our check in was quick and easy. The shower was strong and hot.

We loved our stay here. Checkin was smooth, the room was very clean, great bed and shower. We really enjoyed having a balcony to sip our morning lattes on while listening to the sounds of the city waking up. Great restaurants within walking distance. Close to a train station and buses so access to other districts and the airport were seamless. Overall, we loved Mexico City and would love to come back. We would definitely stay at MX Grand suites again.
